As Administrator Holly Arnold prepares to conclude her tenure with the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) on September 1, 2026, Transit Choices would like to express our sincere gratitude for her leadership, partnership, and dedicated service. It has been a privilege for our organization to work alongside Holly throughout her time with the MTA. Her collaborative spirit, thoughtful leadership, and steadfast commitment to improving public transit have made a meaningful difference for communities across Maryland. Transit Choices is grateful for the strong partnership and for the many efforts to advance initiatives that strengthen our public transit system and better serve Marylanders.
