Opposition to State Transportation and Transit Cuts
Transit Choices is proud to be a signatory on a letter sent to Mayor Brandon Scott dated January 14, 2024, regarding the proposed State Transportation Cuts. We stand in support of fighting for a full restoration of the proposed cuts with Transportation, Economic Development, Education and Racial Equity Leaders.
You can count on us to work with the Moore Administration, the General Assembly, and leaders across Maryland to ensure Baltimore has the robust, equitable, and properly-funded transit and transportation resources to which its citizens are entitled. The future of our entire region for generations to come depends on it.
We must position the Baltimore region to move towards the 21st century transit system it deserves.
